One of the most important things you can do for your baby’s development is to encourage messy eating! This is the first step towards self-feeding for your child. Messy eating helps develop your baby’s sensory system and motor skills.

Join Kath Megaw and Meg Faure Live on Cape Talk Radio
On 29 August, Cape Talk (567AM) host Pippa Hudson will be featuring co-authors Meg Faure and Kath Megaw on the lunchtime radio show, Afternoons with Pippa.
The renowned parenting author and commended paediatric dietician will be discussing their book, the recently published Weaning Sense, a practical guide for new parents.
Cape Talk has extended an invitation to moms and dads who’d like to be a part of the live show as audience members at no charge.
