Ingredients

6 apples (peeled & chopped)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 rooibos teabag

water

Method

place apples and teabag in a pot and cover with water.

boil for about 20 minutes / until apples are fully cooked.

remove teabag and strain

add cinnamon to apples and puree until smooth
