butternut & thyme puree


1 x large butternut

2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves

full fat cream cheese (optional)


preheat oven to 200

peel and dice butternut

place butternut in an oven proof dish and drizzle with coconut oil

roast butternut for about 40 minutes or until cooked through

remove from oven, place butternut and thyme in a bowl and blend until smooth

portion out and freeze in ice tray / baby food trays

add 1 cube optional cream cheese to baby’s portion before serving
