Yoghurt is a great protein to introduce before 1 year, but make sure to wait 3 days before introducing another protein to rule out dairy allergies.
1 sweet potato, roasted with skin removed
4 Tbsp full cream Greek yoghurt, or enough to thin
¼ tsp cinnamon
1. Blitz all ingredients together until smooth or slightly textured if baby likes
2. Add additional yoghurt if the mixture isn’t thin enough
3. Freeze in ice cube blocks for convenient individual servings
