- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons smooth cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 1/4 cups frozen berries
1. Soak the chia seeds in some water or milk the night before. This helps them to swell and soften.
2. Add the ingredients in order to a blender, starting with water, and ending with the berries.
3. Add extra water if needed.
