peanut butter protein cookie dough

Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons all natural peanuty butter
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • honey to taste (optional)

Method

  • pulse all ingredients in a food processor
  • roll ‘dough’ into bite size balls
  • store in the refridgerator
