Baby Marrow, Avo & Apple Porridge


  • 1/3 cup full-cream milk (or water)
  • 2 tbsp porridge flour of your choice<br>(see recipe on page 154)
  • 1 medium baby marrow grated (with skin still on)
  • ½ avocado, peeled and mashed with a fork
  • ½ fresh apple, grated


  1. In a small pot on the stove, bring milk to a simmer.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for 2 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed and the porridge is heated through.

Makes ¾ cup
