Baby Marrow, Avo & Apple Porridge
1/3 cup full-cream milk (or water)
2 tbsp porridge flour of your choice<br>(see recipe on page 154)
1 medium baby marrow grated (with skin still on)
½ avocado, peeled and mashed with a fork
½ fresh apple, grated
In a small pot on the stove, bring milk to a simmer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for 2 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed and the porridge is heated through.
Makes ¾ cup
