Quick Avo & Chocolate Ice Cream


  • 2-3 medium, ripe avocados, peeled and pip removed
  • 500ml cream
  • 100ml cocoa powder
  • 90ml xylitol


  1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor until smooth.
  2. Taste if it is sweet enough and add more xylitol if needed.
  3. Pour into a container with a lid and place in the freezer overnight.
