Super Seed & Nut Mix (Granola)

Ingredients

  • 150ml sesame seeds
  • 150ml flaxseeds
  • 100ml pumpkin seeds
  • 100ml sunflower seeds
  • 200ml chopped mixed nuts (raw, unsalted)
  • 200ml coconut flakes
  • 10ml ground cinnamon
  • 100ml coconut oil
  • 100ml water
  • 5ml honey
  • 5ml salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread out on a tray and roast for 10-20 minutes, until it turns golden.
